London Arts-Based Research Centre Code of Conduct

The London Arts-Based Research Centre “LABRC” is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants in our events, conferences, workshops, courses, and online platforms. We expect all attendees, subscribers, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to adhere to the following code of conduct:

1- Respectful Conduct: Treat all participants with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.

2- Harassment-Free Environment: Harassment and discrimination of any form, including but not limited to, that based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or religion, will not be tolerated.

3- Inclusive Language: Use inclusive language and avoid derogatory or offensive remarks.

4- Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally and responsibly, refraining from disruptive behavior.

5- Safety Awareness: Be mindful of your surroundings and the well-being of others, both in person and online.

6. Privacy and Consent: Respect the privacy and consent of others, including refraining from sharing personal information without permission.

7- Reporting Incidents: If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the event organizers or moderators promptly.

8- Ethical Communication and Academic Integrity: Maintain high standards of communication and academic integrity. Refrain from spamming, engaging in plagiarism, or misrepresenting AI-generated content as original work. 

9- Consequences of Violation: The LABRC reserves the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from events, workshops, courses, or online platforms, for individuals who violate this code of conduct.

By participating in LABRC events, workshops, courses, or subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by this code of conduct.
